Custom glassware for wineries

The glass a guest sips from in your tasting room is the one they want at home — here's how to put your label on it.

A winery lives on the tasting-room experience and the wine club. Branded glass works in both: it sets the table on-site and it ships to members who already love the brand.

Tasting room stemware

The tasting bar sets the tone, and the wine glass in a guest's hand is part of it. A branded stem with your winery's name on the bowl looks right on the bar and reads in every photo a visitor posts. Engraving leaves a permanent frosted mark that survives the dishwasher, which matters when the same glasses get washed all weekend through a busy flight schedule. Order enough that a Saturday rush never leaves the bar reaching for plain glass.

A second tier of stemware also sells off the shelf as a take-home set. Guests who enjoyed the visit will buy a pair to recreate it at their own table, and that's an easy add at the register.

Stemless for events

For outdoor pours, festival booths, and crowded release parties, stemless glasses are the practical choice. They don't tip on a high-top, and they pack tighter for transport when a tasting moves onto the patio or out to the vineyard. A stemless glass with your monogram doubles as event swag people keep. If you run a lot of off-site pours, keep a few cases of stemless on hand for exactly that.

Monograms and a clean mark

A lot of winery work is a single initial or a tidy monogram rather than a full logo, and a simple mark engraves cleanly and looks more like fine stemware than merch. Send a vector file (AI, EPS, or high-res PDF) and we'll send back a free proof so you can see the etch before anything runs. If you'd rather match a specific brand color across a line of glasses, we can do that too through our custom glassware program.

Bulk for clubs and events

Wine clubs are where volume makes sense. A branded glass tucked into a quarterly shipment, or a two-pack sent with a member release, keeps your name on the table between visits. For weddings and events hosted at the winery, branded or monogrammed stemware sets the whole room and gives the couple something to keep. Both cases reward ordering ahead, since reorders on the same artwork are quick once it's on file.

How ordering works

Glassware sells by the case, commonly 24, 36, 48, or 72 pieces, and the per-unit price drops as the count rises. The minimum is one case, there are no setup or plate fees, and every order gets a free proof. Most orders ship in seven to ten business days after proof approval, decorated here in the USA. Send your monogram or logo with the glasses and quantities you want to start a quote, and we'll price it per case and per unit.
