Payment terms

How pricing, payment, and sales tax work on a wholesale order — first order or fiftieth.

Updated June 2026

We sell by the case to businesses, so payment runs a little differently than a retail checkout. Here's the plain version.

How pricing works

Everything is priced by the case, and the per-unit price drops at higher quantities. We don't publish a fixed price list because the number depends on the item, the case count, and the decoration method. Tell us what you want and we'll send back a quote with both per-case and per-unit pricing. The fastest way to get one is to start a quote — it takes a couple of minutes and there's no obligation.

There are no setup or plate fees, and the artwork proof is free. The price you approve is the price you pay.

Paying for your first order

On custom work, payment is due before production begins. That's standard for branded goods: once we engrave your logo onto a case of glasses, those pieces can only go to you, so we collect payment before we cut into the run. After you approve the proof and the quote, we send an invoice, and production starts once it's paid.

This is the normal path for a first order with us, and it keeps things simple for both sides.

Net terms for established accounts

Wholesale accounts that order regularly can apply for net terms. Once you're an approved account, you can place an order and pay on terms rather than prepaying each time, which makes reorders quick. Net terms are available on approval; reach out through our contact page if you'd like to set up an account and we'll walk you through it.

How to pay

We accept the usual business payment methods: credit card, ACH or bank transfer, and company check. Larger orders are often easier to settle by ACH or check, while a card is convenient for a single case. We'll note which methods apply on your invoice, and you can pick whatever fits your accounting.

Sales tax and resale certificates

Where sales tax applies, it's added to your invoice based on the ship-to location. Many of our customers — bars, distilleries, retailers reselling the glassware — are tax-exempt resellers. If that's you, send us a valid resale or exemption certificate before we invoice, and we'll set up your account as tax-exempt so you're not charged tax you'd only have to reclaim later. Keep your certificate current; if it lapses, tax goes back on.

Not sure which applies to your business? Mention it when you request a quote and we'll get it squared away before the order goes out.
