What we collect when you contact us or request a quote, what we do with it, and how to get it changed or removed.

We collect what we need to quote and ship your order, and not much else. Here's the whole picture in plain language.

What we collect

The main thing we collect is what you hand us. When you fill out a quote or contact form, you give us your name, business name, email, sometimes a phone number, and the details of what you want — the glasses, quantities, and the artwork you upload. We keep that so we can price your order, send a proof, and follow up.

Separately, like most websites, we collect basic analytics about how the site is used: which pages get visited, roughly where traffic comes from, and what kind of device people are on. This is aggregate information about visits, not a file on you personally.

How we use it

Your contact details and order information are used to do the work you came here for: quote your job, produce a proof, fulfill the order, and stay in touch about it. If you ask us a question, we use your email to answer it. Analytics data helps us see which pages are useful and where the site is confusing, so we can fix it.

We don't send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote unless they've agreed to hear from us.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade your contact details to anyone. The people who see your information are us and the service providers we rely on to run the business — for example, the company that hosts our site or processes a payment. They handle your data only to do that job, not for their own use.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and a standard analytics tool to measure traffic and keep the site working. These don't identify you by name. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings if you'd rather not be measured; the site will still work if you do.

Updating or deleting your information

If you'd like to see what we have, correct it, or have us delete it, just ask. Email us through our contact page and we'll take care of it. We'll keep records we're required to hold for tax or accounting reasons, but anything beyond that we can remove on request.
