You do not need a huge order. We sell by the case, and the minimum is a single case, which makes a small wedding feasible. Glasses ship in common case sizes of 24, 36, 48, and 72; flasks run about 20 to 25 per case. The per-piece price drops as the count goes up, so a larger guest list lowers your cost per favor. There are no setup or plate fees either way.
Events have a hard date, so timing matters more here than anywhere. Most orders ship in seven to ten business days after you approve the proof, and everything is engraved in the United States. Even so, build in a cushion: get your artwork in and your proof approved a few weeks before the day, which leaves room for a tweak to the monogram or a change in count.
