The quickest way to reach us is the quote form or a short email — tell us the glasses, the quantity, and what you want on them, and we'll take it from there.

If you want pricing, the fastest route is to start a quote. If you have a question first, email works just as well.

How to reach us

For pricing, the easy quote form is the shortest path. You fill in what you're after, attach your logo if you have it handy, and we come back with per-case and per-unit numbers. If you'd rather just ask something first, whether it's about a glass or a deadline or how your art will engrave, send us an email at the address on this page and a person will read it. We don't run a phone queue, and email keeps your artwork and the details in one place where nothing gets lost between calls.

What to include so we can quote fast

A good first message has three things, and that's usually enough for us to price the job same day. Tell us which glasses you want and roughly how many, even if it's a range. A "200 to 300 rocks glasses" gets a real answer; "some glasses" means we have to email you back before we can do anything.

Attach your artwork if you have it. A vector file (AI, EPS, or a high-resolution PDF) reproduces cleanest, but a logo of any kind helps us judge how it will decorate. And if you're working toward a date — a tasting room opening, a festival, a holiday order — say so up front. Turnaround on most jobs is 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, so a deadline tells us whether we're comfortable or need to talk options.

How soon you'll hear back

We reply to quote requests and emails on business days, usually within one. If you send something late Friday, expect to hear from us early the next week. When a request comes in with the glasses, the quantity, and the art all together, we can often turn around a quote and a first proof in the same reply instead of going back and forth.

Where to send artwork

You can attach art straight to the quote form or to your email. Before you send it, it's worth a look at our artwork requirements — it covers the file types that work best and what to do if all you have is a JPG off your website. Sending the right file the first time is the single biggest thing that shortens the path from "interested" to "shipped."

Not sure exactly what you need yet? Browse the catalog to see what we stock, then send us the details and we'll price it.
