Custom glassware & barware for distilleries

From the tasting flight to the gift-shop shelf, here's the barware that earns its place in a working distillery.

A distillery sells two things at once: the spirit and the experience around it. Branded glass is how the second one follows people home.

The tasting room and flights

If you pour neat, a branded Glencairn is the glass that does the most work. It concentrates the nose and photographs well on the tasting bar, and your logo on the bowl turns every flight into a small piece of marketing. For a fuller flight setup, a nosing or tasting glass in a smaller pour lets a guest work through three or four expressions without overdoing it. We laser-engrave these, so the mark is a permanent frosted etch that holds up to constant washing behind the bar.

A tip from filling these orders: order enough that the dishwasher cycle never leaves the bar short during a busy weekend. A case sitting in the back is cheaper than a tour group waiting on clean glass.

Rocks glasses for the bar

Once you're mixing or pouring over ice, a heavy rocks glass is the standard. A solid base feels right in the hand and stands up to a busy cocktail program. Engraved with your mark, it works behind the tasting bar and sells off the gift-shop shelf as a set people take home for their own bar cart.

Flasks and decanters for the gift shop

This is where the margin lives. A flask engraved with your distillery's name is an easy impulse buy at the register, and it's the kind of item a visitor buys two of for friends. Step up to a decanter and you've got a higher-value sale that pairs naturally with a bottle of your aged stock for a gift set. Metal flasks are laser-engraved; glass decanters take the same permanent etch. Both come back for reorders once a gift shop sees how they move around the holidays.

Engraving that survives daily use

Tasting-room glass gets washed dozens of times a week, so a decoration that fades or peels is a false economy. HD laser engraving leaves a single frosted tone that's dishwasher-safe and won't wear off. If you ever need to match brand colors instead, screen printing is available for glassware, but for most distillery work the permanence of an etch is the right call.

How ordering works

Everything sells by the case. Glass cases commonly run 24 to 72 pieces; flasks and bar tools run around 20 to 25 per case. The minimum is one case, there are no setup or plate fees, and you get a free proof before anything runs. Send a vector file (AI, EPS, or high-res PDF) and most orders ship in seven to ten business days after proof approval, decorated here in the USA. Send your logo and quantities to start a quote and we'll price it per case and per unit.
