Two things break glassware in a bar: the dishwasher and the bus tub. Our laser engraving cuts into the glass rather than sitting on top of it, so the mark does not peel or wash off in a high-temperature commercial machine. On metal tools, the engraving is permanent and will not chip the way a printed logo can. We will tell you which glass shapes hold up best for high-volume service before you commit to a case.
Breakage is part of the job, so you will reorder. We keep your artwork on file, which means a restock is a short email rather than a new setup. There are no plate or setup fees on the reorder, and the price still improves at each case break. Glasses ship by the case in common sizes of 24, 36, 48, and 72; bar tools run about 20 to 25 per case. The minimum is a single case.
Turnaround on a fresh order is usually seven to ten business days after you approve the proof, and everything is engraved in the United States, so a restock before a busy weekend is realistic.
